Summary

• To qualify, you must generate £12,000 of Netvoyager sales (excluding VAT and delivery charges) within the period defined.
• Only applicable to revenue generated from LX1010 and LX1021 products lines
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or rebate
• Promotion ends 30th May 2008
• The trip must be booked within 30 days from the promotion end date
• Trip departure date must be at least 40 days from the trip booking date.

Full Terms & Conditions

1. The following terms and conditions apply to this offer. By participating in the offer you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions will also apply to any Travel or Flight Vouchers, and your Booking Request Form.

2. In these Terms and Conditions:

* “you” and “your” mean the Netvoyager partner employee participating in this offer.
* “we”, “us”, “our” mean Netvoyager Technology Limited.
* “Destination” means the destination as described in the offer or promotion. In this case it is two return standard-non-flexible tickets to Bruges on Eurostar and 1 night stay (room only) at a 4 star hotel in Bruges during your visit, limited to £500 overall cost of the trip including hotel.

3. To be eligible for the offer you must:
a) Generate £12,000.00 GBP of revenue or more for Netvoyager Technology Limited through the sales of Netvoyager LX1010 and LX1021 thin clients, excluding VAT and delivery charges, between 14th April 2008 and 30th May 2008;

4. You may not participate in this offer if you are a Netvoyager employee or you have been quoted for Netvoyager products prior to the start date of this offer, which is 14th April 2008.

5. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or rebate.

6. Subject to you meeting all the requirements set out in condition 3 above, you will receive within 7 days a trip booking form, which we must receive within 14 days of you receiving it.

7. All bookings must be through Netvoyager. Departure date must be at least 40 days in advance of Netvoyager receiving your booking form and departure dates are subject to availability. You will be required to give three alternative dates and to indicate your order of preference. Departure date must be within 6 months of the date of issue of the booking form.

8. If only one of your departure date selections is available you will be automatically allocated that. In the event that one or more dates are available you will be allocated a departure date as available in order of your expressed preference. Netvoyager will contact you by telephone within a reasonable time from the date of receipt of the Booking Request Form to confirm the offer booking and the charges and costs (if any) payable as set out in condition 11.

9. If none of the selected dates are available, Netvoyager will use its reasonable endeavours to propose alternative dates. If agreement cannot be reached informally, Netvoyager will offer not less than three alternative options for any available dates at least two weeks apart and if you do not accept one of those options and/or you fail to confirm your selection within 28 days from the time such options were made available to you, whichever the earlier, then the offer is terminated which will be confirmed in writing.

10. Travel will be unavailable during any week in which a public holiday falls (including Easter) in either the UK or the country of Destination, and also during the Christmas period of 15th December to 2nd January inclusive in any given year.

11. The offer excludes compulsory charges, such as airport taxes, fuel surcharges and passenger service charges which shall be payable by the voucher/ticket holder at the time of booking.

12. You will also be responsible for arranging all travel to and from the airports, stations, hotels and any necessary overnight accommodation and all costs associated with this.

13. Once the booking is confirmed, passengers’ details are not changeable and any enquiry should be addressed to the relevant airline, carrier, hotel or operator.

14. Any variations to the offer are not accepted or honoured.

15. Insurance or travel cover of any kind is not included in this offer, and it is your responsibility to ensure the appropriate cover is considered and taken.

16. Netvoyager is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of luggage or belongings during your trip.

17. All bookings must include a minimum one night stay in the country of destination.

18. No responsibility is taken for lost, damaged, illegible or incomplete vouchers or booking forms.

19. Following booking, your contract will be with the relevant carrier, airline, hotel or operator whose terms and conditions will apply. Netvoyager Technology Limited shall not be liable for any changes or cancellations of your trip, hotel, travel or flights.

20. It is the passenger’s responsibility to hold a valid passport and any other travel documents and visas required by the UK or the country of Destination.

21. Once you have received the voucher you must still continue to meet all the eligibility requirements set out in in these terms and conditions.

22. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice from any one or sales channels.
