lx1010 not connecting to windows 2008 via RDP

The lx1010 can't connect to windows 2008 through RDP since its version of rdesktop is too old even if the option "Enable connection from any version of rdp" from the "enable remote desktop" settings on the server is enabled.
The other Netvoyager thin-clients can however connect to it by enabling that option on the server.

However there will be soon a major update for the lx1010 that will solve that problem and raise it to the same level as the other products of the range.

Great news, the update is available for the Lx1010.
It is a major update, and is recommended if you use mainly RDP. Unfortunately, given the size of the memory on the 1010, the update doesn't include a java virtual machine anymore.

Therefore, it won't be available as a normal update, but as a configuration file containing a session that upgrades the system. All the configuration options are lost during the upgrade. Contact us if you are interested in that upgrade, since it is not available on our website yet.
