Web filtering is not something you want to do at the client side. What administrators do in general is to use a proxy server on which they configured rules to prevent people from going to 'inappropriate' pages as you called them. The LX1010 then allows you to redirect all web browser communications to go through that proxy.
How to configure a proxy server is out of the scope of this Thin Client Forum, but I can point you to the wikipedia definition of a proxy server, if you want to check a proxy server does what you are after:
